Chapman Park
Chapman Park is a neighborhood of redwoods and eucalyptus and picturesque, older homes. One of the most desirable places to live in Corte Madera, this area has easy access to Town Park and Neil Cummins Elementary School.

Madera Del Presidio
Madera Del Presidio is a newer housing development in Bay side of Corte Madera. The neighborhood offers a plethora of single-family homes, condos and townhouses in a lovely setting near Ring Mountain.  

Madera Gardens
An incredibly desirable spot to live in Corte Madera with beautiful homes on flat lots with open space, Madera Gardens attracts many. On the north side of town near the highly rated Neil Cummins Elementary School, these homes abut Chapman Park and Larkspur with its charming downtown. Built near lagoons, some of these homes have a waterfront feel.

Mariner Cove
This subdivision of Corte Madera offers traditional ranchers and great value in its homes. With flat yards, good schools and beautiful, nearby marshlands, this neighborhood is some of the most affordable in Marin County.

Christmas Tree Hill
Offering stunning views of the Bay and a beautiful, woodsy surrounding, home on the hill are incredibly desirable. While the roads can be narrow and winding, many find this neighborhood to have the exact type of home they want.
