This hands-on cooking class features seasonal produce grown within miles of Cavallo Point, hand selected fresh from local farmers and purveyors. Prepare and learn about local Bay Area ocean-fresh fish and sustainably raised meats. Your delicious culinary creations will be mindfully matched with complementary wines. Menu: -Marcie's Rum Punch -Gazpacho Shots with Jalapeno Corn Madeleines -Beer-Can Chicken -Sassafras-Glazed Baby Back Ribs -Grilled Watermelon and Tomato, Salad with Basil and Ricotta Salata, White Balsamic Reduction -Old-Fashioned German Potato Salad -Belvedere "7" Layer Dip, Blue Corn Chips -Stone Fruit Trifle Plan ahead and make a night of it!
